You accept these Terms by checking the acceptance box when you create your account. If you do not accept them, do not create an account or use the Services. Continued use of the Services after we publish material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. ClaimEase is designed for U.S. homeowners and their authorized representatives.
ClaimEase provides a claim management system, educational content, and AI-assisted features to help users manage property insurance claims. We are not a law firm, public adjuster, or insurance agent; and we do not provide legal, insurance, or financial advice. All information and outputs are for informational purposes only and may not reflect your specific policy or situation.
We cannot guarantee claim approvals, settlement amounts, or timelines. ClaimEase is an organizational aid, not a replacement for professional judgment or insurer communication.
You are responsible for maintaining account security and accuracy of your information. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We may disable accounts for security or policy violations.
You agree not to use ClaimEase to:
You retain ownership of documents, data, and content you upload (“User Content”). You grant ClaimEase a limited license to process and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have rights to such content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
We may create de-identified, aggregated data derived from claim records and use and disclose it for any purpose, including producing aggregate research that we provide to third parties. De-identified data contains no name, address, contact details, document contents, photographs, messages, or free text, and is generalized so that it does not identify you or your property. See our Privacy Policy for what is included and how long it is kept.
We do not sell your name, email address, phone number, or postal address, and we do not sell your documents, photographs, or messages. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our Services use third-party AI and OCR (e.g., Anthropic, OCR libraries) to process documents and generate insights. All results may contain inaccuracies or omissions. Always review generated content before relying on it for submissions or decisions.
Limited human review may occur to resolve extraction errors or support requests. You may opt out by contacting support@claimease.io, though doing so may reduce accuracy.
ClaimEase relies on trusted partners for hosting, AI, payments, and email delivery (e.g., Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Anthropic, Resend). Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms.
Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ClaimEase, you consent to the data practices described there.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClaimEase and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim or $100, whichever is greater.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free operation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Except for small claims, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS. You waive the right to jury trial and class actions. You may opt out within 30 days by mailing notice to ClaimEase, Inc., Dallas, TX.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
